here are the deliverables
1. 3 medical billing forms which we will create for 3-4 companies with unlimited form submission (note new accounts different billed account)
2. Mobile applications for ios/android (client must set up and apple developer account and google play or add for hosting on my account)
3. Booking module
4. Client requested to remove marketing and ads which were on the flyer for the mobile app (vip) package in exchange for a lesser price which we obliged. $4000 total - $520 down payment - $500 for ads leaves 2980 + 7% sales tax for this mobile application.
2980+(2980×0.07)=2980+208.60=3188.60
So, the total is
$3188.60.
the app will be submitted and the offline mode which will sync data upon receiving and internet connection is a job in progress and will be completed upon the app being live for testing.
