1.⁠ ⁠Quickly edit the client registration form to add a picture, signature, date of birth, comer 1, co maker 2

2.⁠ ⁠modify the green tech solutions timesheets and leaves so that the agents can clock in back to back simontainiously with out having to login. We will do it via attendance kiosk mode from the login screen. I already have the module for face.json so that login in is setup with biometric. The only problem with this is the alertness isn’t accurate because you can login with a picture 

3.⁠ ⁠Set the salary field in the green tech solutions to dynamic so that in payroll the employee already has a salary configured. Their current setup doesn’t communicate or map properly so we need a bridge

4.⁠ ⁠Set the 13th month salary bonus in the payroll template based on the 12 month average – using the payroll module 13th-Month Salary: 

•⁠  ⁠THE SYSTEM already has a 13th month but i need it to Ideally the system should be able to calculate this automatically (based on the average of the previous 12 months’ net pay) and populate it in the payroll module. It would be extremely helpful to have the average salary as a field in the payroll template to avoid manual exporting and input.

5.⁠ ⁠Edit the invoice template to reflect the user profile info from the customers application so that the signature and extra info from registration is there in addition to the purchase price which is already defaulted

6.⁠ ⁠Employee Loans and Cash Advances: In our company, employee loans and cash advances are managed as expenses within our accounting module. For a seamless workflow, we need these to automatically appear as deduction options within the HR Payroll module without manual re-entry. We’d ideally like a “get from system” option in payroll that pulls these pre-approved amounts from the payroll module which makes sure that its accurate to the accounting module expenses and timesheets and leave. Currently, it seems we’d have to manually input the summary of 12 months in payroll, which for 100+ employees, is very time-consuming and prone to errors.

7.⁠ ⁠Overtime: The lack of automatic integration of overtime from the Timesheet module to Payroll is a significant concern. Manually entering overtime for all our employees defeats the purpose of having these integrated modules. We need the overtime hours (and ideally the rate) from the Timesheet to automatically feed into the Payroll calculations.

8.  Insurance: We offer three types of insurance (health, medical, and social security) as deductions. However, in the payroll settings, it appears we can only configure one “Insurance” deduction. We need the ability to manage and deduct multiple insurance types per employee.
